We extract flour from fruit and vegetable products and oenological by-products intended for use in the food sector with particular attention to baked goods.
The flour obtained from the seeds of red grapes produced by G.S. Natural srl has pleasant organoleptic characteristics and precious nutritional contents, in particular the high content of fibers, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and a fair amount of proteins are the characterizing elements of the product which, added to wholemeal flours, allows the creation of unique baked goods.
The production process begins with the careful selection of the organic pomace of red grapes obtained from Italian cellars and is divided into the phases of screening and aging of the grape seeds.
This is followed by the drying phase at low temperatures to avoid alterations in the nutritional properties of the product and the delicate and careful grinding phase of the seeds, accompanied by the pleasant aromatic notes that are released from the grinding itself.
